Creating a booking

To create a booking, go to Bookings and click New Booking.

Clients

Search for an existing client or create a new one inline. You'll also need to select the client's property address.

Schedule

Choose whether this is a One Time or Recurring Job.

For a one time booking, select a date and time. Click Find A Time to see available timeslots based on your staff's availability, or enter a custom time manually. If you're not ready to schedule yet, check Schedule Later.

For a recurring job, click Recurring Job and configure the repeat settings:

  • Frequency — Weekly or Monthly

  • Repeat Every — how often the job repeats (e.g. every 1 week, every 2 months)

  • Repeat On — which day(s) of the week the job occurs

  • Ends — either never, or on a specific end date

You can also set an estimated duration for the job and assign it to one or more staff members.

Services

Select whether this is a Residential or Commercial job, then add your services. Search for an existing service from your catalog or enter a custom one. Each line item has a quantity and unit price. You can add multiple services, and apply a discount or additional fee to the pricing summary.

Billing Notes

  • Check Remind me to invoice when I complete the booking to get a prompt to invoice once the job is done

  • Check Split into multiple invoices with a payment schedule to divide the total across multiple invoices

  • Add an Estimate Disclaimer or Invoice Disclaimer if needed — these will appear on the relevant documents sent to your client

Notes

  • Internal Notes — visible to your team only, for any special instructions

  • Address Notes — details about the property, such as entry codes or access instructions

Attachments

Attach any relevant files to the booking, such as photos or documents.

When you're done, click Save.
