Understanding your dashboard

The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your business at a glance. Here's what you'll find:

Key metrics

Four summary stats sit at the top of the page:

• Revenue This Month — total revenue earned in the current month

• Bookings This Month — total number of bookings this month

• Upcoming This Week — number of bookings scheduled for the current week

• Pending Payments — total value of outstanding payments awaiting collection

Upcoming Bookings

A list of your next scheduled bookings. Click View All to go to your full bookings list.

Booking Status

A breakdown of all your bookings by their current status — Inquiries, Quoted, Approved, Scheduled, Completed, and Cancelled — so you can see where your pipeline stands at any moment.

Action Required

Items that need your attention, including draft quotes that haven't been sent to clients yet and overdue invoices that are past their due date.

Revenue Trend

A chart showing your revenue performance over the last 30 days.

Revenue Forecast

A projection of expected revenue for the next 14 days based on your scheduled bookings.
